2- Fill the pump with water

The next step is to fill the pump with warm water. Make sure that the pump is closed by closing the valve at the top of the Penomet.

You should use water around 40 degrees Celsius (104 F) for optimal results. Don’t worry if it’s not the exact temperature, just make sure it’s around your body temperature or a bit warmer.

3 – Put it on your penis

1. Take the pump with one hand and move it up around your penis.
2. Pull your balls back with the other hand to prevent them from getting sucked into the pump.
3. Push the pump towards your body and pump out water slowly.
4. Hold the pump once you have created enough suction. You can use the shower strap if you use the pump in the shower.

My Final Thoughts About the Penomet

The pump is very powerful and the fact that you can “upgrade” it is a big plus and the reason it ends up in the second spot on the top 3 list.

The pump is a bit expensive if you buy the premium package but it does make up for it in terms of the different strength options you will have.

There are however small issues with water leaking out through the connection between the chamber and the silicone suction section. It’s not on all the pumps but several users have reported this problem.
