No need to get that, you can if you wish to, it’s quite a large pump.

Do this(if you really serious about this), Jelqing before Penis Pump (water(hot warm water)based is better).
This will cost more time BUT it’s worth it.
First things first is warming your penis with hot shower or bath then manual stretching a bit.

Then, Jelqing with low intensity if you’re beginners. If you’re a bit advance, do it with moderate intensity.
(can do it to 3 – 5 times per week, combined with Penis Pump)

BUT before use Penis Pump after done Jelqing, give your Penis a rest, give some massage & slapping so the blood flow more until you feel loose(ready).
