The quality is extremely high and so is the performance and features.
I love the shape of the Hugo 2 which suits both beginners and more experienced prostate players.
It’s available in an app-only version which is $30 cheaper than the remote-controlled version. I would highly recommend the remote-controlled version so you don’t have to rely on your phone while playing.
The Lelo Hugo 2 has two vibration motors that stimulate both your prostate and your perineum at the same time.

What I Think About It
Overall, it is a fantastic prostate massager that screams quality. Behind that smooth platinum-cured silicone look hides strong vibrators that I found to be enough to reach a prostate orgasm in a matter of minutes.
You don’t need a lot of lube to use it due to the incredibly smooth surface of the Hugo 2 but some decent quality water-based lube makes the experience a lot nicer.
One thing that I would have loved where some dedicated buttons on the massager itself. The power on/off button is a bit limiting and a few selection buttons would make it usable without the Lelo App or the remote control.
I would personally always choose the remote-control version because I hate using my phone during sex/masturbation, but that’s a personal preference.
I recommend the Lelo Hugo 2 prostate massager if you’re after pure performance and quality.
#2 Aneros Helix Syn V – Best Beginner Option
Aneros is a well-known brand in the prostate toy world and they made the original design of the modern P-spot massager.

What I Think About It
I like the Aneros prostate massagers and this new Helix Syn with vibrator is a step in the right direction. It’s so small and lightweight which makes it sit nicely in your butt even during sex.
You don’t necessarily need to turn on the vibrator if you wear it during sex as the motion of sex is enough to stimulate your prostate.
I would personally love a little more curvature on the shaft but it’s just a minor detail.
But if you’re after a powerful vibrating experience in your butt then look elsewhere, it’s simply not that strong due to the slim design.
I recommend the Aneros Helix Syn V if you want a lightweight prostate massager to wear during sex.
#3 Lovehoney Ripple Rider – Best Budget Option
The Ripple Rider from Lovehoney is a basic prostate massager with an insertable vibrating bullet with 5 different vibrating modes.

What I Think About It
I love the Ripple Rider for one thing and one thing only – The Price! It’s by no means the best at anything but the ultra-cheap price allows new users to give prostate massage a try before investing $100-250 in a super over-the-top massager.
It’s good enough to give you an idea if it’s something you wish to dive deeper into and the quality is very respectful when you consider the price.
It is pretty long and that might cause a bit of an issue with the head not hitting your prostate as intended. Most male massagers have an insertable length of around 4 inches but this does add an inch to that. It could be a problem for you but it also might be the perfect spot for your body anatomy.
I recommend the Lovehoney Ripple Rider if you’re after a great budget prostate massager.

One downside to the slim design is that the diameter of the base shaft and the bump above it are very close. This makes it less likely to sit firmly unless you squeeze it with your thighs or hold it with your hand.
It’s not a major problem but you need to be aware of it if you plan to use it hands-free which I find the most comfortable.
Nexus does make some high-quality prostate massagers but you’re also paying for it. Well worth it in my mind but it might not suit your budget.
I recommend the Nexus Revo Slim 2.0 if you’re after the best beginner-friendly prostate massager.

The Revo Stealth from Nexus is made of high-grade silicone and it has a lot of nice features to increase the chance of you getting a prostate orgasm.

The remote control is easy to use even with lube all over my hands which can’t be said about some other products.
